Prive Skin Clinic was founded on a simple belief: that the best aesthetic results are the ones nobody can quite put their finger on. The friend who looks rested. The colleague returning from a long weekend with clearer skin. Not transformed — just more themselves.

Our practice is led by Kristina Jersova, named Aesthetic Practitioner of the Year 2023 and a quiet fixture of central London skin care for more than fifteen years. Kristina began her career within the NHS before moving into aesthetic medicine, and that clinical background shapes everything about how we work — from the products we choose to the questions we ask before we begin.

How we work

Every appointment starts with a proper conversation. Not a sales pitch — a consultation. We ask what you'd like to change, what you'd like to leave alone, and what's prompted you to come in this week. We talk through what the treatment can and can't do, what the results might look like, and which option we'd choose if it were us in the chair.

Sometimes the answer is to proceed. Sometimes it's to come back in six months. Sometimes it's a different treatment entirely. We make a point of saying no when no is the right answer.

Where we work

We see clients across two London locations: a discreet first-floor studio on Knightsbridge, and a private treatment suite on Harley Street. Each offers the same menu and the same standards. Most clients choose by proximity; some by mood.

What we won't do

We don't run promotional offers on injectables. We don't recommend a treatment in the same appointment we propose it. We don't book back-to-back consultations so closely that there's no room to think. We don't treat anyone under 18.

And we don't take on patients who are looking for someone to undo someone else's work without a careful, staged plan — that's how good outcomes are made.

The team

Kristina leads every clinical consultation. Treatments are delivered by Kristina herself, supported by a small, longstanding team trained in aftercare, scheduling, and the small details that make a visit feel considered. We are intentionally small. There are no targets to hit.
