Cancellation & rescheduling.
Things come up — we get it. Here's how deposits, refunds and rescheduling work.
Deposits
We ask for a 30% deposit when you book a treatment appointment. It secures your time and helps us plan products and supplies. The deposit is deducted from the final cost on the day.
Consultations are complimentary and do not require a deposit.
Cancelling or rescheduling
- More than 48 hours before: cancel or reschedule freely. Your deposit is fully refundable or can be moved to your new appointment.
- 24 to 48 hours before: we'll move your deposit to a rescheduled appointment within sixty days. If you cancel outright, we may retain part of the deposit.
- Less than 24 hours, or no-show: the deposit is retained in full, to compensate for the time and supplies committed to your appointment.

Late arrivals
We hold your slot for up to 15 minutes past your appointment time. If you arrive later than that, we may need to shorten the appointment or reschedule. Please call ahead if you're running late — most issues are solvable with a heads-up.
If we need to reschedule
Very occasionally, illness or unforeseen circumstances mean we have to move an appointment from our side. We'll let you know as early as possible, offer you the next suitable slot, and refund your deposit if the new time doesn't work for you.
Weight-loss programmes
Monthly programme payments are non-refundable once the prescription has been dispensed by the pharmacy. If you decide not to continue, please let us know before the next monthly review so we can pause prescribing.
Course pricing
Treatment courses (for example, a course of two Profhilo sessions) are non-refundable once the first session has been completed, but unused sessions can be paused or transferred to another treatment of equivalent value within twelve months.
