Every treatment plan is built around you — designed with precision, reviewed at intervals, and held to a clinical standard from the first consultation onwards.
The starting principle
Aesthetic medicine done well is quiet. We're not interested in transformations. We're interested in the kind of result that has people asking whether you slept well — not what you've had done.
That requires three things: clinical precision in technique, consistency over time, and a willingness to say no when the answer is wait or don't. We hold ourselves to all three at every appointment.
How a treatment plan is built
- Consultation first, always. Thirty minutes with Kristina — face-to-face, complimentary, no obligation to book treatment on the day. We listen, we look, and we tell you honestly what we'd recommend (and what we wouldn't).
- A staged plan, in writing. Most outcomes that look effortless are the product of two, three or four small interventions spread across months. We map the order, the rationale and the cost before any treatment begins.
- Reviewed at two weeks. A short follow-up after every injectable appointment to assess settling and refine if needed. Built into the price.
- Maintenance, not chasing. Most clients we see for the long term come in two or three times a year — a maintenance cadence that's sustainable, predictable and genuinely better for the result than seasonal panic appointments.
What we won't do
- We don't run promotional offers on injectables.
- We don't book back-to-back so closely that there's no time to think.
- We don't treat anyone under 18.
- We don't supply unregulated peptides or grey-market product.
- We don't proceed with treatment that doesn't suit you — and we'll say so plainly.
Clinical oversight
Every prescription-only medication used at Prive — including the botulinum toxin family and the GLP-1 weight-loss medications — is prescribed by a UK-registered prescriber and supplied by a GPhC-registered pharmacy. We don't source outside regulated UK supply.
Kristina is JCCP-aligned and operates to the standards expected of an aesthetic clinic in central London. We're transparent about technique, product and price — and we welcome questions about any of them.
