Microdermabrasion

A gentle physical polish for dull, congested skin — no downtime, immediate glow.

Microdermabrasion handpiece on the cheek

What it is

Microdermabrasion uses a fine, controlled abrasion (either crystals or a diamond tip) to gently remove the outer layer of dead skin. The result is an immediate brightening — useful before a specific event, or as a regular surface polish to support other treatments.

It is the most no-downtime option in our face-treatment menu, and the most modest in its results. Best thought of as a refresh rather than a transformation.

What it treats

  • Dull skin and uneven texture
  • Mild congestion and blackheads
  • Pre-event glow

How it works

  1. 1 Skin is cleansed.
  2. 2 The diamond-tip or crystal handpiece is moved methodically across the face.
  3. 3 A hydrating serum and SPF are applied at the end.

FAQs

Is it good for acne?

Not for active acne — the abrasion can spread bacteria. For mild congestion without active inflammation, yes. For active acne, salicylic peels are usually a better starting point.

How often can I do it?

Every 2–4 weeks if you find it useful as a regular ritual. Most clients use it as an event preparation rather than a routine.
