Nucleofill

A regenerative booster — particularly good for the under-eye and tired, post-summer skin.

What it is

Nucleofill is a polynucleotide injectable — short strands of DNA-derived molecules (sourced from salmon) that stimulate skin cell regeneration, improve elasticity and deliver an antioxidant effect. It is one of the more genuinely regenerative options in our menu.

Where Profhilo spreads broadly and improves overall bounce, Nucleofill is more focused. It is particularly effective on tired skin, mild crepiness around the eyes, and the under-eye hollow when filler isn't appropriate.

What it treats

  • Tired, post-summer skin
  • Mild crepiness around the eyes
  • Under-eye hollows where filler is not the right answer
  • Hair thinning at the scalp (specialist protocol)

How it works

  1. 1 Two to four sessions spaced two to four weeks apart.
  2. 2 Numbing cream applied to the area.
  3. 3 Small injections placed across the treatment zone.
  4. 4 Maintenance every 4–6 months.

Not the right time if

  • You're pregnant or breastfeeding
  • You have a salmon allergy (the polynucleotides are sourced from salmon DNA)
  • You have an active skin condition in the treatment area

FAQs

Is it suitable for the under-eye area?

Yes — and it's one of the safer options for the under-eye because it isn't a volumising filler. The result is improved skin texture and tone rather than reduced hollows.

How many sessions?

Two to four sessions, two to four weeks apart. We assess after the first two and decide together.

Salmon DNA — what does that mean?

The polynucleotides are derived from purified salmon DNA, a long-established source for this type of treatment. The product is purified to a high pharmaceutical standard. We do not use Nucleofill on clients with salmon allergy.
