Profhilo
The skin-booster most clients ask for by name — and most can describe but few can quite explain.
What it is
Profhilo is a highly-concentrated hyaluronic acid that spreads through the skin after injection, hydrating broadly and stimulating four key collagen and elastin proteins. It is technically a bio-remodelling injection rather than a traditional booster — the spreading action is what makes it distinct.
We use a standardised injection pattern of five points per side of the face (BAP — Bio-Aesthetic Points). It can also be used on the neck, décolletage, hands, arms and abdomen.
What it treats
- Skin that has lost bounce and elasticity
- Crepiness on the neck and décolletage
- Loss of firmness on the upper arms or hands
- General dullness and lack of 'glow' in your 30s, 40s and beyond
How it works
- 1 A first session of 2 ml is placed at the standardised injection points. The product is deliberately viscous on the way in and spreads over the next 12 hours.
- 2 A second session four weeks later. This is essential — Profhilo is designed as a two-session protocol.
- 3 Results build progressively from week 4 onward and last 6–8 months.

Why two sessions, not one?
The protocol is designed as two sessions four weeks apart. The first lays the groundwork; the second pushes the result over the line. A single session is better than none, but you will see the most benefit from doing the full course.
Does it hurt?
The injections themselves are quick scratches at five points per side. Less than filler, less than mesotherapy. Most clients describe it as easier than they expected.
When do results show?
You may notice your skin looking quietly better from week 2. The full effect builds by 6–8 weeks after the second session.
Can I combine with filler or Botox?
Yes — skin boosters work happily alongside anti-wrinkle injections and filler. We typically space them at least two weeks apart for swelling clarity.
How long does it last?
Six to eight months. Most clients return for a single maintenance session twice a year.
Will it puff me up?
No — Profhilo doesn't add volume. The injection bumps settle in hours; what remains is hydration and gradually improved firmness, not extra fullness.
