Threads
PDO brow lift
A few well-placed threads open the upper face and ease the visual weight off the lid.
What it is
A PDO thread brow lift addresses descent of the whole brow — not just the tail — using fine dissolvable threads to lift and anchor the brow in a more youthful position. It can be combined with low-dose Botox to relax the muscles that pull the brow downward.
What it treats
- A heavy or descended brow
- Asymmetric brows
- Mild hooding from brow descent rather than excess lid skin
- A flat overall brow shape
How it works
- 1 We map the lift vectors in your consultation.
- 2 Local anaesthetic at the entry points in the hairline.
- 3 Threads inserted via a fine cannula, anchored, and drawn upward.
- 4 Roughly 45 minutes.

FAQs
Will it open my eyes?
Yes — by lifting the brow it usually opens the upper lid frame. The effect is gentle, not dramatic.
Can I combine with Botox?
Most clients benefit from a small dose of Botox to the brow depressors, which lets the threads lift more effectively. We assess this during your consultation.
